I advise clients on U.S. legal matters, with a focus on cross-border commercial disputes and strategic dispute resolution, as well as U.S. employment law and data privacy.

I bring U.S. litigation experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes before state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings, including international automotive and manufacturing clients and matters involving cross-border supply chains.

My practice combines dispute resolution with strategic risk assessment. I support clients in analyzing contracts, restructuring commercial arrangements, and managing legal risk in international business relationships.

As a dual U.S.-German citizen and native German speaker, I bridge U.S. and German legal and business environments and provide clear, pragmatic guidance on U.S.-related legal issues.

I’m admitted in the United States (Alabama) and work in German and English.
